Owner, instructor - Barre, cycling, circuit training
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise, Master in Physical Therapy, and Doctor of Physical therapy degrees from Saint Louis University. She danced and taught ballet at SLU and choreographed musical theater productions for Helias High School. Jennifer continues to put this experience to practice as a barre instructor at FXR.

Instructor - Strength training, Yoga; personal trainer
Amy has worked in health and fitness for nearly 20 years. Her certifications include ACE personal training, AFAA group fitness, and yogafit/holy yoga instructor. She holds speciality certifications as a pain free performance specialist, a weight loss behavior coach, and dr sears lean nutrition coach. As a fitness instructor, Amy has an eye for detail that helps each participant advance their results and maximize their efforts in the gym. She delivers an effective workout for all fitness levels!

Instructor - Cycling
Angela has been teaching group fitness since the early 2000s. It all started with the love of step aerobics — the choreography, the music, the movement, and she was hooked! Group fitness is where she belongs; the energy is contagious and the entertainment is unmatched. She “stepped out” of her comfort zone and has been pushing the pedals for six years as a cycle instructor. Angela teaches every class with enough energy and enthusiasm to get you through it!

Chel is a highly accomplished fitness trainer and professional MMA fighter. Recognized as Jefferson City Magazine’s Best Trainer of 2021, Chel brings a wealth of martial arts expertise to his training programs. He holds a Blue belt in Brazilian Jim-Mitsubishi, brown belt in kyokushin karate, and brown belt in taekwondo. With his diverse background dedicated to fitness, Chel helps his clients achieve their personal best, whether they’re training for competition or personal wellness.

Cindy is a long-time resident of Jefferson City and has worked in healthcare for over 26 years. She has a strong passion for self-care, self-love, and self-forgiveness. Cindy started her yoga journey over 20 years ago with the aspirations to become “super fit and do all the difficult yoga asanas.” Over the years, she has found that her true love for yoga lies in the benefits that go way beyond the physical. Yoga has taught her peace and given her the tools to grow stronger, both physically and mentally. Come join Cindy on the mat and let your inner self shine! All levels and skills are welcome.

Ginny Roestel is a Physical Therapist Assistant, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Therapist, Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with over 26 years of experience guiding people toward greater strength, ease of movement, and pain-free living. Ginny has been teaching yoga since 2003, inspired by growing up with her mother as the town's only yoga instructor. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in St. Louis in 2013, became a Certified Yoga Therapist in 2016, and led Yoga Teacher Trainings for several years in Effingham, Illinois.
With a special passion for women's health—particularly strengthening the pelvic floor—and helping individuals of all ages feel vibrant and confident in their bodies as they age, Ginny brings unique therapeutic yoga techniques to her classes. Her thoughtful approach relieves chronic pain, improves posture, builds core strength, and restores balance, empowering students to move with joy and resilience!

Jessie has been an athlete all her life. At a young age, she discovered her passion for dance. Later on in life, that passion shifted to a love of group fitness classes. Fast forward to today, and Jessie has advanced to become a certified Barre fitness instructor, with her dedication to the healthcare field spanning over two decades. Jessie fell in love with Barre because it combines the elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates together, allowing her to incorporate that enthusiasm for dance into a workout for all ages and fitness levels! Come join one of Jessie’s classes, and watch her transform your physique and your heart for fitness!

Personal Trainer
25-year-old Joshua Berry made the move from Australia to the U.S. five years ago, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and passion for fitness. He’s been coaching and training clients for over six years - both online and in person - and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management alongside his NASM and Australian Cert III & IV fitness credentials.
For Josh, fitness isn’t just about hitting numbers; it’s about how it changes your everyday life. After playing four years of college basketball and navigating the tough road back from two ACL and meniscus surgeries, he understands the mental and physical hurdles of injury recovery and creating a stronger comeback. So whether you’re looking to increase strength, elevate your athletic performance, or rebuild after an injury, Josh is ready to design the perfect plan to help you create that strong, resilient body and get you performing at your absolute best.

Maria discovered her passion for strength and fitness 12 years ago. Since then, she has earned certifications in personal training, fitness coaching, glute and pelvic floor strength, and nutrition. She has dedicated herself to helping others achieve their fitness goals and find their own path. Maria’s approach to fitness is centered around proper form, slow and controlled movements, and strengthening of the lower body, all while improving core strength. She is excited to offer hot strength and buti burn classes, with hopes of offering new lessons in the future. Maria is passionate about empowering individuals to live their healthiest lives and is always eager to connect with others who share this vision!

Over the last 25 years, Marty has built himself a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise in the fitness community. He has earned certifications in ACE Personal Training, Crossfit (Level 1), YMCA Personal Training, and the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). His passion for strength and conditioning is evident with his history of athletic training, bodybuilding, youth strength, and boxing. Marty is committed to creating a unique workout plan tailored to your goals and needs while supporting you every step of the way, making him the perfect personal trainer.

With over a decade of experience as a certified Barre instructor, Morgan hopes to bring a contagious energy, genuine encouragement, and a deep passion for helping others discover their strength. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, she believes movement is about so much more than exercise - it’s an opportunity to build confidence, resilience, and a healthier, more empowered life.
A former University of Missouri cheerleader with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Morgan combines technical expertise with a warm, welcoming teaching style that makes every client feel valued. She thoughtfully designs her classes to challenge and inspire, while teaching clients exactly where they are in their fitness journey.
Morgan’s greatest joy is creating an environment where every person feels seen, supported, and celebrated. Whether it’s someone’s first class or hundredth, she hopes each client leaves feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of themselves for showing up. She believes her biggest victories often come from stepping outside your comfort zone, and she’s honored to be part of that journey.

Personal Trainer
Sarah believes that bodies are created and designed to move. She specializes in functional fitness, helping clients achieve goals like playing with their grandkids or returning to hobbies with less pain. She has a special affinity for working with women post-childbirth, coaching them through the mental and physical challenges of their new bodies. Having personally overcome her gym anxiety, Sarah is here to guide you through those fears to make you strong and confident!
She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, an Athletic Rehabilitation Technician, and is currently acquiring her Master’s in Athletic Training. She holds certifications in CPR, AED use, and American Red Cross Adult First Aid.

Taylor believes that fitness is one of the greatest things a person can do for themselves, transcending age, body types, physical limitations, and backgrounds. She obtained her certifications through ACE Fitness as both a Group Fitness Instructor and a Personal Trainer, with specialized expertise in Sports Performance and the aging population. As a lifelong athlete (soccer, Crossfitter, and running) and a busy mom of three, she understands firsthand that movement is a gift that evolves with you. With this mindset, she helps her clients find strength and confidence through all stages of life, breaking out of comfort zones and finding joy in the active lifestyle-whether through dance, cycling, and anything in between.
When she’s not in the gym, Taylor is fully immersed in her family life. You can find her cheering in the stands of her children’s sporting events, playing pickleball with her husband, tackling construction projects with her father, or getting lost in a book.
