Josh Berry made the move from Australia to the U.S. five years ago. After playing four years of college basketball and navigating the tough road back from two ACL and meniscus surgeries, he understands the mental and physical hurdles of injury recovery and creating a stronger comeback. Unleash your potential in our dynamic small group training course! Enjoy the personalized attention of a trainer, while benefiting from the motivation of your group. The objective of each course will be dependent on clients’ individual fitness goals, as well as the goals set for the group. Every week, your trainer will set new challenges designed to get you closer to those goals!
