Joshua Berry made the move from Australia to the U.S. five years ago, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and passion for fitness. He’s been coaching and training clients for over six years - both online and in person - and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management alongside his NASM and Australian Cert III & IV fitness credentials.

After playing four years of college basketball and navigating the tough road back from two ACL and meniscus surgeries, he understands the mental and physical hurdles of injury recovery and working towards a stronger comeback.
