Sarah believes that bodies are created and designed to move. She specializes in functional fitness, helping clients achieve goals like playing with their grandkids or returning to hobbies with less pain. She has a special affinity for working with women post-childbirth, coaching them through the mental and physical challenges of their new bodies. Having personally overcome her gym anxiety, Sarah is here to guide you through those fears to make you strong and confident!

She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Athletic Rehabilitation Technician, and currently acquiring her Master’s in Athletic Training. She holds certifications in CPR, AED use, and American Red Cross Adult First Aid.
